Stretch your body AND your mind in the Spring Equinox Ritual.
This two-hour live online session will incorporate somatic practices to calm the central nervous and get embodied and present, such as embodied movement, meditation, breathwork, and (because I realised we need it) some journalling prompts to help you get motivated and excited about what's next for you.
You will leave feeling better in body and mind and with some clarity on your plans and suggestions for how to implement them.
You will receive the recording and all training materials for 3 months afterward (up until the Summer Solstice in fact).
You will also receive access to the latest 40-day Sadhana (dedicated practice) to join with me in completing the same meditation every day for 40 days in order to strengthen your commitment to achieving what you've planned during the Spring Equinox Ritual.
