Join Victoria for a Stress Management Session!
Designed with you in mind, these sessions involve a check-in conversation, followed by embodied movement from Yoga, Pilates, Barre, TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) and Qoya, as well as various breathwork, meditation, and journalling practices.
Each session is bespoke and Victoria uses her extensive experience of wellness tools to suit your requirements. You will leave with a toolkit of techniques to do on your own as well as a recording shared with you on a private Vimeo link for you to repeat as and when you'd like.
